Insurance & Deposit Policy

All vehicles are covered by a valid insurance policy according to Moroccan regulations. Coverage level and franchise vary by vehicle category.

A refundable security deposit is pre-authorized at pickup. The amount depends on the selected vehicle and rental conditions.

In case of an incident, the renter must notify us immediately and provide an official police report when required. Any uncovered damage may be charged according to the rental contract.

After return inspection and verification of fines/tolls, the deposit hold is released according to the issuing bank timeline.
